The rocker was exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble. True to color.

Chair is smaller than expected. My grand baby will out grow it soon. She just turned one year old but it won't be of use to her a little later. Will have to get another one.

Missing holes and screws when I received it. Enough said. I followed the instructions carefully and got stumped at the last step b/c of missing holes and screws. I took it all apart and read the directions over and over again to count the parts (there isn't a list of parts in the manual) and sure enough they were missing. Didn't feel like waiting so I got my husband to go to Lowe's and buy the screws needed and drill the holes needed.

I truly wish I could rate this chair a ZERO!! It is truly junk. The stain is different shades and the arm pieces do not even reach the back of the chair. the pieces do not fit together properly. It has a rating for 100 pounds. I wouldn't put 10 pounds in it. OJ Commerce initially said I could return it and pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. HOW DARE THEY! They would not restock this junk but they will take my money. I called and complained to the customer service and told them it isn't right to have to pay this and that I have pictures. She said please send the pictures so I did. I then received an email stating I could no longer get a refund but would receive a new chair. I don't want another chair, just my money back. Buyer BEWARE! Do Not deal with OJ Commerce. I am really disappointed with Wal-Mart too about this incident.
