GigaTent Party Cabin Tent

It's been over a year and now buying my second one, as any other product misused will lead to replacement parts. Therefore i'd like to thank their customer service as well.

Zipper broke on the bag the first day.

Good product. Purchase process was simple.

Quality could be better. Was missing a screw that holds corner brace in place. Otherwise, not too bad. Great size; relatively easy to put up, but you need at least 4 or more people to do so.

Incredibly poor quality! Brand new tent leaked during the very 1st rainstorm, less than 1 day out of the box!

We took this canopy out for the first time last weekend - it leaked like a sieve (not only at the seams, but also through a lot of the roof). I think an implied warrenty is that a canopy is generally going to be waterproof. I understand if you have a lot of rain or if the canopy's not properly set-up, water can come in. But... I've set-up hundreds of tents and canopies, so I don't think that was the problem. It just seems the canopy wasn't sufficiently waterproofed. It's a shame, because the ordering and store pick-up couldn't have gone smoother.
