I love thus product! Make sure to use it at nights and time your face after because you're poses will be open after use. I made the mistake of putting makeup on an hr after and I ended up with acne . Use at night is best and if leaves my skin feeling smooth

Love this gigi charcoal detox hard wax it applies smooth and sticks to all the hairs it doesn't break me out and I can apply multiple times without it tearing skin it's good for sensitive skin and although it opens up your pores I don't think it makes a huge difference in extracting blackheads it leaves the skin super smooth and works well for lip and eyebrows!

great wax. I have my cosmo license so i purchase at the professional beauty supply. no complaints at all about this wax.but it also only does exactly what you would expect a hard wax to do. i would buy again.

I love this charcoal detoxing hard wax. I use it to get rid of the black heads on my nose. You can also use it just like the normal hard wax for my eyebrows upper lip ect. This is what I use as my main wax now.

Great for removing blackheads! If you don't pull it off in time it's hard to remove but it does clean all your pores out

I use Gigi products in my salon. I think that for hard waxes it's too messy and there are cheaper and better brands out there. However brand recognition is everything so I'll continue to buy and contribute. I don't even know if my clients like it but it does provide a wide selection and is nicely packaged so it makes my clients feel like the delicate flowers that they are.

Easily the worst wax I have ever tried! Cracked and didn't even take off hair or anything it claims! Tried it on my eyebrows nose chin and even my arms didn't work at all!!! All the pain no results! Would not recommend Gigi wax products for the most part though there's plenty of other options more worth your time.

I've only used this wax once but so far it's the worst wax I've ever used. Did not apply well at all didn't stick to really any hair and was SUPER brittle when removing. It just broke into pieces rather than peeling off smoothly in a strip. I usually use Cirepil Blue hard wax but I got this with the gigi mini warmer to save some space for home use but I am thoroughly disappointed in this wax. I most likely won't even use the rest of it. I'll probably end up heating it up dumping it out and re-using the can to put the blue wax in.

Terrible. Not only does the wax take hours to melt down completely you have about a 5 second window to pull before it becomes brittle and breaks off in pieces. It also did not grab the hairs effectively even after proper skin prep. I tried it on my chin also because I get a lot of pore congestion there it did not clear the pores at all. Very disappointed! Don't waste your money.

I was shocked at how quickly this product hardens to a point where it is difficult to remove. In less than 20 seconds after putting it on it must be removed or it is suddenly brittle and hard. By this I mean the wax is barely placed on. There is about a five-second window of time so act fast. I could only place it on one small area of my face at a time. I've used other hard wax products without this issue. Dissapointing.
