I've had my Gigi wax warmer for over 10 years. I love it. It never lets me down. I use it once every two weeks. I would suggest making sure it's not too hot before putting the wax onto your skin bc you don't want to burn yourself!

I've had this for years and still works perfectly. It does get hot quick and once you turn it off you must wait a few minutes to cool down. A good amount fits on the bin without having to heat up many wax beeds several times.

Ive been waxing for 15 years. Ive used gigi for most of those years. Works great and convenient for the size. Temperature control is a good feature.

Super good little wax warmer! My daughter and I are learning to do our own waxing at home to save money. I researched and found a lot of people saying this was the perfect wax warmer to start out. We agree! It heats up well and keeps the wax nice and warm the whole time you need it. I also appreciate the different temperature settings. The hot is great for melting at first, but you definitely want to turn it down after the melting gets going - otherwise you may risk burns. One thing I didn't realize - you need to buy "wax cans" - specially made for this purpose - to put in this warmer before you melt the wax. You don't just throw the beads right in the actual warmer. Probably everyone knows this, but in case you didn't, now you do. :) You can buy the wax cans from the same vendors who sell other waxing supplies.

Super lightweight and easy to use, heats up my wax in about 10-20 minutes!

I wish it was a little cheaper but the quality of this wax is really good!

Very disappointed in this wax melting pot.It doesn't have a lid!Been doing hair for 38 years.Never have I encountered a wax pot witout a lid.Extremely poor planning on GIGI'S design.How do you keep hair,dust out of the wax?This is totally unacceptable for use in a salon.

I ordered this warmer and the wax at the same time in March 2025. I reviewed their wax too but mistakenly put today's date as the purchase date. I attempted to use their product last evening and ended up throwing it all in the garbage. Reason: The can of wax was sticky before opening and I had a horrible time getting it off my hands. So glad I didnt put their wax product on my face! Also, the electric unit is too big to use in a smaller bathroom. Worse product that Ive purchased in my 78 years.
