With 14x16x20 inch dimensions, I am using the 20-inch height for step-up exercise with weight vest (25lbs so far) . I am not jumping up to the 20-inch height since the other dimensions would not be as stable as larger dimensions. I don't see the need to do such jumps or higher and risk missing the height and causing an injury. Step-ups can achieve similar strength safely (I do them next to my squat rack frame and slide my hand along the vertical frame for safety). But I want the other dimensions for other family members who are doing squats at lower heights with weights, step-ups at lower heights, etc. We did not even remove the item from the package box to reduce wear and tear. Suits our plan of use well. Tried to look for wood construction with grip surfaces with these dimensions and they are rare and much more expensive. At least the soft construction helps with moving it around more safely than a hard wood box. I am 69 yr old male , 5 ft 9 inch tall, 153 lbs.
I use the 14" %26 16" heights. Great for steps ups, but wouldn't recommend for jumps. Looks good and prefect for what I need. If you are looking for something that is low impact and only need lower heights, this a great option - and was a much better price point than anything else I could find. Good value.
Very functional and easy to use for effective leg strebgthening.
Excellent product been using it everyday
Well-made and practical. Fits well in any home gym and adds significant value.
High-quality materials and adjustable heights make it a good investment.
Box is of good quality but too small to be stable enough to use the 20" high option. Will not be able to "jump" on it, only (and very carefully) step on the 20" high option. Other levels are fine. I would have ordered the 24" box but I would have been hitting my ceiling with that one.
This is a garbage! Its too narrow to have any kind of stability and I fell right after stepping on to it! Probably good for a toddler
It literally collapsed on me when I jumped on it
The foam was not a consistent thickness throughout. One end was much firmer than the other which created instability and actually a rather unsafe product. I'm in good shape and I could not even balance on it, let alone jump on it. Returned.
