delivery was fairly quick. nothing was damaged. I liked that they included extra hardware, ( I usually lose one or two pieces) instructions said best for two people to put it together, but I was able to do it myself in a couple of hours. I like that it's a sturdy, heavy duty material. And I really love the look.

This is just what my family needed! It is small and fits well in our hall, but it also has plenty of hooks for all of our bags, hats and drawers for my childrens' odds and ends I collect throughout the week!

Love it grabbed it while on sell, I had been looking for one especially this time of year! My kids leave their jacket, hats, backpack, and mittens everywhere that is hard to find when we are on the go. This makes it super easy and convenient for them to find their stuff most of the time when we put them where they go. This gets rid of having bulky coats and purses on the couch or kitchen table.

This product was surprisingly good quality, and looks exactly like the model photo. I'm super satisfied, enough to write this review!

Easy to put together and functional in a smaller area!

I love it. It was fairly easy to put together and it fits perfect behind my door and its sturdy. plenty of hooks.

it is a very great hall tree, stable and heavy, and nice looking. Keep in mind that the installation will take time. but it is worth.

I brought the GIKPAL 5in1 Hall tree, entryway bench with coat hooks industrial entryway because I was tired of seeing all my family's bags and coats lying around this will keep everything in one place and easy to find stuff around the house. I love that it comes with hooks, shelfs, drawers, and bench. It was all I needed I can't now put my kids socks. Gloves and Bennie's in the drawers my hind and hat are on the top of the shelf's and coats I'd badge and books bag will be on the hooks. I em very pleased on the quality of the material very sturdy I put the safety hooks on just for safety issues, but other than that I like everything about it.

Exactly what I needed in a particular small space, price was great. Easy to put together (2 people NOT necessary). Some holes drilled in wrong place, so one of the last steps I had to improvise, worked out fine. The "drawers" are actually fabric printed to look like wood and are more "yellow" toned, but matches well enough for my needs. Just don't expect to put anything heavy in the drawers, fine for mittens and hats.

I'm unable to assemble this hall tree since the screws holes don't line up properly. The merchant has ignored contact efforts on my behalf to get replacement parts so I don't recommend purchasing this item.
