Very easy assembly! I looked at so many reformers and picked this one due to all of the five star reviews and the weight capacity. Also I liked that it is elevated off of the floor. So far it's very easy to use and switch the springs and cords. I feel like this machine will last a long time. I ordered it on Sunday night and it came on Wednesday night. Very pleased with the shipping speed. I usually only write reviews if I am having an issue so this is a first for me. I feel that it is a decent reformer for the money and comes with a jump board and head rest and others did not.

It's perfect! I purchased this as a Father's Day gift for my husband from our children. He has some injury's that has kept him from lifting weights. I'm praying that this will be a game changer for him.

Easy assembly! Quality for the price was better than expected! I use it every day and haven't had issues at all. Only thing that could be an issue to someone else may be the inability to tighten the tension cords.

Good value for the money. Easy to put together. One spring came damaged but still works. Haven't had time to contact them to get a new spring. Hopefully their customer service is good.

This is a study, noiseless reformer, the metal frambis very strong, and the init is very easy to install. I'm having fun exercising for the first time in my life. This reformer is great for any adult, even for a 70 year old female like me. Thanks

The directions that come with this item are terrible. It needs to be noted that you need to remove all 3 pins to open this to even get properly started. The brand name on the bad photos / instructions do not even have the brand name. This should be updated so you do not have future frustrated customers. make a video so people can verify how to set this up to avoid injury. Looking forward to seeing how it truly functions once fully completed since we had high hopes for the finished product.

The straps are really hard to figure out. Other than that, it isn't horrible for the money

Broken wheel. Didn't realize. Now we have to fix. Kind of cheaply built.

It's seemed like it may be ok but once I put it together to use it it was rattling and awkward not smoothe it was very large and not easy to move
