Best deal I found!!
I had used Gilad's workouts before on the fitness channel at home, but now I no longer have the channel. I began searching for a DVD of his workouts, and I found this one with many workout that I can choose from to target different parts of my body. This is a great price for the options this DVD offers. After a couple of workouts I can already feel a difference in my joints!

Good Work out
It's fast & easy. You mix & match to your target area's that you want the most results. Gilad has a nice sooth voice, easy to listen to. These are the same work out's on fit T.V..

Excellent workout
Gilad has such great workout programs. I have been following him since the late 1980's . Still great! I highly recommend any of his workout tapes.

Gilad is the best. All of his videos are excellent. This 2-dvd Express Workout is great to pick and choose or do both dvds for an effective full body workout.
