Gilad: Total Body Sculpt Workout 2 (DVD)

I started with Vol #1, the commercial breaks drive me crazy in trying to catch up to the exercises (in both of them) but this one has to be my favorite so far. Waiting for Vol#4 to arrive---doing one exercise perday, after work as time permits, i feel results in my "beer gut" , thighs, and somewhat weak arms. Shopping around for the next one--- some are hard, but the abs exercises are GREAT!

Love the results, if you are into fitness and want a great result, Gilad's DVDs are the way to go, thank you Gilad....

I have a few of these DVDs by Gilad that I have been doing for a few years and I needed some others to rotate my exercise routine. Absolutely love my new DVDs by Gilad.

I thought the DVD was a 70 minute all over sculpt, but it's 3 23-minute sessions. May be good for someone who's never worked out before, but way too easy for anyone else.

As far as the video, I loved it, but it would just freeze up therefore ending my workout. I watched Gilad for years every afternoon on Fit TV so I was very disappointed when it was taken off and was so hoping that this video would prove to get me back in my old habits of working out each night but couldn't workout when it froze up on me. I considered ordering another one but was afraid that it would also be defective.
