Good razor
There are apparently several different styles of Gillette "Mach 3" razors out at this time. Took me a while to find the one he wanted, but I found it! This one, with the little blue ball on it, seems to rotate nicely/smoothly for him, so that's why he likes it so much.

Don't recommend
These do not work very well, kicked myself with first use and I don't with the normal Mach3. won't buy again.
