Gillette Series Cleansing Shave Gel for Men with Charcoal, 7 oz

Good shave, minimal irritation definitely a repeat buy for my shaving routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for about five weeks and it has definitely very moisturizing and provides a smooth glide. Not sure what the charcoal does to be honest, but it's a cool color when it comes out of the can.

It made my razor feel like it was gliding over my face. I like that it foams so that makes me feel like my face is cleaner when using it. I highly recommend this shaving gel.

Normally I'm not a shave gel kind of guy but this one foamed up nicely when you lather it on and let it set for a few minutes. After shaving my head and face, I was left with a nice smooth and clean finish. This product is great and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Gillette shaving cream with charcoal in it a couple weeks ago and it has quickly become my favorite. It comes out as a gel and smells very nice. It goes on nicely, becoming more of a traditional foamy cream. I get a good close shave with no irritation. I am not sure if the charcoals is the reason or not but it seems to work well. Also, I use very little and it goes a long way so this 7 oz bottle should last for a long time and is a good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, shaving gel is generally a yea or nay sort of situation. This one gets a yea from me. Personality, I'd prefer less fragrance but then again if I had it my way there wouldn't be any fragrance at all, so given that this one is at least pleasant is saying something. Not sure the charcoal is actually adding to the experience but I can say my skin seems less aggravated after having a shave than it normally would.

My skin felt revigorated and cool. There wasn't a sign of razor burn after using it…a definite plus with my fair skin. Great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally I did not find anything completely spectacular or different from this shaving gel and many of the others that Gillette offers. They all provide a nice aftershave feel and overall performance so I'd say its really up to just preference of gel vs foam vs fragrance. But I really enjoyed this fragrance in particular.
