Gillette Venus Extra Smooth Women's Razor Blades, 8 Razor Blade Refills

I especially love the five diamond-like coated blades it gave me a closer shave leaving my skin extremely smooth. The Platinum metal handle made the razor feel fancy and expensive. It was easy to grip and easy to handle. I am a big fan. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a 5 star Platinum smooth shaving experience to buy Gillette Venus Platinum Extra Smooth razor. Trust me you'll thank me later.

First of all, the packaging was easy to open (which is great because I hate those plastic packages you need scissors to open and then you end up wrestling with dumb plastic for 10 minutes trying to pry it open..). Gillette should meet with other companies who package with plastic like this and convince them to change their ways! The handle is very ergonomic and has a nice weight to it that feels very solid and nice. Many razors feel cheap, and this is so far from that feleing. It is solid and easy to handle, with a nice amount of squishy cushioning that keeps it comfortable and easy to hold even in slippery shower conditions. The razor provides such a smooth, close shave, without much effort at all! I was very impressed with the way it glides across your skin, removing the need for multiple passes that can result in irritated skin. The 5 blades helps you get a nice close shave that lasts longer, and feels like nothing! I didn't even have to give it any extra push it just glides beautifully and does an incredible job. These blade heads have a nice couple moisturizing strips and help with a smooth, happy shave. The heads are easy to swap out. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with this blade!

The first thing i noticed when I opened it up was how extremely nice the handle was. The razor itself is very cute. It is a little one the heavy side but the grip is amazing. It left a very smooth and silky feeling. with no nicks or cuts. I will be purchasing refills for this one.

The rasor slid effortlessly over my skin and rinsed clean. The handle had a great grip and fit well in my hand. My skin is still smooth 3 days later. I highly recommend this product.

Leaves soft smooth skin. Nice metal handle and 5 blades to give you the most comfortable shave. This is a razor worth trying. Has a nice gripper on the bottom and top for a great feel in your hand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!!!! What an awsome razor!!!! I love the handle, the weight of the handle, how slick and smooth it is and how it glides over my legs. It gives such a close shave. But I'm not going to lie I thought I would have to go over my legs two times but NO I only had to go over them once! And wala. No stubble and best of all no bumps and razor burn. A lot of razors give me bumps whether I use cream or not while shaving but not this one!!!! Hands down, this razor is fab and it's def a keeper !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, for starters, I absolutely ADORE how this razor is constructed! I am a huge fan of heavy razors, and the Gillette Venus Platinum Extra Smooth definitely delivers in that category! The handle is constructed beautifully with the perfect amount of weight considering it is made of metal! When I first used the razor I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised at how smooth it made my skin! It glides over your skin effortlessly and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. So, when I saw that 2 of the 3 boxes were checked "heck yes!" (comfort in hand, extra smooth skin after shaving) I was super excited to see if the third box was going to be checked yes as well... so I waited until morning and checked to see if my skin was STILL smooth. Sadly, it wasn't. So, I am not able to check "heck yes" in the "smooth for LONGER" box. I do not blame the razor on this discrepancy because I am currently 8 months pregnant and my hair grows much faster than usual anyway. So, I will have to wait and see if this razor, with it's 5 diamond-like coated blades, delivers on the "longer" section of this review after my baby girl is born! Overall, I love this razor, and I can confidently say it is the best razor I have ever used, and my favorite hands down! If you are contemplating buying it, DO IT! You will not be disappointed! I give it 4 stars ONLY because my shave didn't last longer, but like I said, it could just be because I am 8 months pregnant! Give this razor a try, it will not disappoint you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the razor it left my legs smooth and not all ashy like most razors. I didn't have to keep going over spots. If it had a guard to go over the blades when not in use I would give 5 stars
