Gillette Venus for Pubic Hair and Skin Shaving Set

Best shave ive ever had. Paired with the dove body scrub and billie shave cream. I have super sensitive skin and eczema. Along with that, I have thick and textured pubic hair. I didn't get any nicks or cuts or razor burn. It didn't burn when I put on my post shave products, and It didn't burn to go against the grain either! It has a smaller head, making it great for the small and hard to reach places. I also struggle with shaving my skins. I always get cut there. No matter what I do. But with this razor??? No cuts!! Definitely recommend this razor!! Better than any other razor ive tried!

No bumps! I have used this razor several times and have had no bumps, ingrown hairs etc. Its much cheaper than waxing too!

Bought this 2 weeks ago and SO glad I didn't read some of the reviews before purchasing. And I'm also glad I read reviews before using! Not sure I would've realized there are two sides. Anyway, this razor is hands down the BEST I've ever used for bikini area. The initial hair removal is comparable to waxing - super smooth, zero stubble. Of course it doesn't last like waxing, but I also don't have to let the fur grow back, which is my biggest gripe on waxing. Also- I have not yet had a single ingrown hair so far. I can't even say that about waxing - they are inevitable. But so far, nothing, knock on wood.

I tried these for the first time because they were a great price compared to the other Venus razor cartridges. Unfortunately, the don't stand up to the other Venus razors. They don't shave well and the blade after a single use started to rust. I tried again and got razor burn. I'll be switching back to my other Venus razor with the cartridges.

These razors tore up my skin, had to go over each area several times and it felt like I was scratching my skin with a knife each time. Worked alright on my legs but still missed some hairs, but the more sensitive areas like my armpits it worked terribly and I'm still in so much pain a few days later from all the passes I had to do to get the hair off. The cleanser gel was fine, not particularly slippery or anything just provided a light lather. I really hope Sam's Club will let me return this ....

I bought the refill cartridges for this item, and nowhere on the box does it state that the cartridges for this item attach to a completely different type of handle than all the rest of the Gillette Venus razors. The box just says it is a cartridge for pubic hair and skin and contains 4 cartridges, it doesn't even state that the cartridges are for a specific razor type. The box is opaque and there is not even a visual of what the attachment looks like. All the other razor types are interchangeable with the same handle, so I do not think it was unreasonable to think these cartridges would work with it, since the box just says it is a Gillette Venus cartridge for pubic hair and skin. So, I could not use it, because it did not attach to my handle.

I used a Venus razor, and it caused severe blade cuts in many areas of my skin. I experienced strong irritation, itching, redness, and even bleeding in some places. This was my first time using this product, and I truly regret purchasing it. The quality is extremely poor and cannot be compared even with cheaper razors available in the market. It has been a day since I used it, and I am still suffering from pain and irritation. This product was very disappointing and unsafe for the skin. I don't see an option to give a zero rating, so I am giving one star. Worst product I have ever purchased. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I am sorry but this does not work!! It seemed like the white plastic piece in the center prevent the blades from working like they are suppose to.
