[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this shave cream. It makes the razor get a nice clean shave. It works good but not great. I wish this shave cream foamed up more like other shave creams. I do like it though and would get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sensitive skin that's prone to razor burn. I have finally found the best technique for shaving using the Venus shaving cream. First I start my shower and exfoliate. That step is crucial. Next I use a new (sharp) razor and Venus shaving cream. I use just enough that it protects my skin. After I shave, I pay dry. This has really improved the way my skin feels after shaving. It also helps with spray tans! My legs feel moisturized and are ready for shorts!

It left my legs silky smooth. I definitely won't use anything else anymore. It didn't clog up my razor either. I would definitely recommend and repurchase.

Soothing and moisturizing its the perfect addition to my hygiene routine. Compatible with any section of the body this cream keeps me smooth allllllll over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had mixed feelings on this product. It worked well for shaving but left my skin feeling weird afterwards. I think maybe it's leaving behind a layer that's supposed to help your skin stay calm, but if you run your hand down your leg it doesn't easily glide. I did see less irritation, but the feeling it left behind was so odd. That may not be an issue for most people though.

However, if you prefer the foam, this consistency is much different. It feels more like a lotion that you rub in and then it disappears. I prefer the foam and would rather use that over the cream, that's the only reason I gave 3/5 stars. If you like the cream, this would be a great product.

I don't really care for the smell, it actually makes me feel a little sick to my stomach for some reason, but I do see that some people might like it and I don't like the filament leaves behind. Doesn't make me soft and smooth? Yes but is it worth it to me? No.

I wanted to try this product with hopes that the shea butter and touch of olay would be gentle on my skin. I found it to have a weird consistency. It doesn't go on like a shave gel, more like a watery lotion, so I felt like it didn't stay on my skin very well. I shaved anyway and then ended up with razor burn. I don't think this will make it on my list of products to purchase again.
