I looked for over a month for this piece at local hardware stores. Never was able to find it. I do wish it was offered in different colors- because my rail is white. But it was not difficult to paint. It worked as should, now my rail is sturdy again! My husband did add some screws/holes for extra stability, product is still holding strong. So happy to spend $13 on this part versus having to buy a whole new handrail.

looks like good quality part. they are painted. it was too big of the type of part i needed and they wouldnt cancel the order after it was shipped. so now waiting on refund.

I thought it would come with the screws. I called the company and was told I would have to go to a hardware store and buy them. Th e Hupps hardware store is a 40 -minute walk for me since I am unable to drive. I was waiting for cooler weather to go.
