I get severe chronic migraines, and pretty much even the slightest amount of tension on my hair makes them unbearable, yet my hair being down when I have them also becomes an overstimulating nightmare. I can loop these hair ties around my hair ONCE and I have very very fine, thin hair, and they hold it in place at the nape of my neck gently enough, or pineappled on top of my head, that I can get through my migraines without added tension. Truly a lifesaver, and made it so I could finally grow my hair out much longer and enjoy it even with how severe my migraines are. I'll never use a different hair tie!
