Perfect amount of salt. his is my first time trying seaweed in a snack package by itself, so I don't know how it compares to other brands. I like it It had a very light hint of cheddar,almost undetectable

They are very low in calories because there is essentially nothing to them. They taste okay I suppose - have a seaweed taste with white cheddar seasoning. I'm not sure what the purpose of them is, as they do not fill you up and really only made me more hungry. They do have a decent amount of vitamin B.
