Gingher 6" Applique Scissor

I have tried various brands of these, and the Ginger Duck Bills work best. They have a smoother action and are easier to handle and use. They are excellent for trimming seam allowance as using them will help prevent cutting through to the wrong layer when trimming.

If you want quality Gingher provides. I wouldn't use anything else in my business Li'l Inspirations (custom wedding hankies and accessories).

These are excellent quality scissors for my sewing needs. I've been using cheap scissors for a long time and finally spent a little more here (way less than Joann's) on some tools for the trade that I deserve to make my job easier. Such a simple thing...but what a difference!! So glad I decided to spend a little extra and get these. Now I can ditch my old scissors and nippers to the curb and hopefully have these for the rest of my life.

I bought this product at the same time as the Gingher Micro-Serrated Dressmaker Shears (used for slippery fabric). They are both of excellent quality, were delivered to the store the day before promised, and were at a better price than I found anywhere else. With the new app pick-up was really fast. All the way around great service.

I am a quilter and these scissors are perfect for trimming seams or cutting close to the seam. These will get a lot of use.

Have not used yet but it looks like it is a great product. It's very sharp, easy to handle and strong. Price is really good and services were great too.

These scissors are incredibly helpful getting into tight spots where you need to trim something, but need to be careful of not accidentally snipping into your finished garment. Before I had these scissors, I accidentally cut into two garments I had just completed while trimming the seam allowance--- after working on sewing them for hours and hours, that was a horror. That has not happened, or even come close, since I've had these scissors. I will recommend to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these scissors the other day and i gotta say I really like how they feel and how sharp they are these scissors work great when you are doing crafts easier to cut thread and you dont have to try and get the scissors lined up just right I was amazed when i was cutting thread for the keychains i was making
