One of my favorites!
Always repurchasing this, it's a favorite (and I'm a bit picky). I love using it in the morning. So gentle, effective, and doesn't break me out or make my skin oily at all. It's balancing and refreshing, also no scent which I love.

Love this cleansing water!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect cleanser for me! I love not having to use water and cleansers when I haven't had make-up on. Great for use with Shiseido cotton pads!

I love the cleansing sheets but this will do
I love the cleansing sheets but they're always out of stock. I hope they have not been discontinued. I love the cleansing water as well but the cleansing sheets are more handy.

Refreshing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite night time ritual. This water with the Shiseido cotton pads and the makeup and daily toxins wipe away. My skin feels soft and ready for night moisturizer.

Refreshing Cleansing Water. It's okay. It does the job!
This product is okay. I was looking for the cleansing product called "Revitalizing Essence" watery base but I couldn't find it anymore. I love that product and I wish Shiseido carries it again in the US.

Does what it says..
Its okay. It gets most of my makeup off, about 90%. I dont use waterproof makeup, usually just an eyeliner, concealer and a little bit of eyeshadow. I had to use another oil-based cleanser to wipe my skin clean to follow up. No irritation though. Given the price point, I probably wouldnt purchase again.

Okay
This product for the most part was just okay. I felt like I needed to pour alot of product on my face just to get a full face of makeup off. I would be okay with this product if the price was lower.

In comparison to Sheseido Pureness this is terrible
I've been trying to chase down more of the pureness. I desperately want it brought back. This new "refreshing" is totally NOT! It has an underlying, stinky scent and a drying effect.
