It's what I remember as far as looks and scent.
Not much to say other than I wasn't disappointed. I bought the original scent in the 80s and it seems similar if not identical. There are many fakes and this one is not. Very pleased to take a trip down memory lane. Though I don't wear it as much as I did then!

Consistently great journey
Excellent fragrance. Fell madly in love with Georgio in 1984? when it first came out !!! It's my favorite cologne ever ... and the most wonderful part of my journey, beyond scent, is that the price went down!!! It is about $45 less than the original price ... good news !!!

Sophistication
It smells wonderful. It's on the strong side, so you do not need much and it last for hours. It has a sweet, peachy and flowery smell but sets to a lovely powdery scent. I just love it. It feels sophisticated.

I have been using Giorgio for probably 30 something years. The scent does not last as long as it used to that is the only problem I have, but I still love the product no matter what.

No projection after 20 minutes
I was trying to get free shipping on a Walmart order (Sold by Perfume Empire) and since this was one on my want list to try, I pushed my purchase over the amount for the deal on shipping. Everything I read about how the opening and how it can be like a slap in the face, I found true; except it only lasted like 10 seconds. Then a beautiful floral. Others have perfectly described it, so I won't do that again. I was shocked by the way my 4 spray application took a fast lane past the dry down and then the middle. The speed continued into a close skin scent base within a couple of hours. I had a friend who was visiting and just before they arrived, I reapplied another couple of sprays. They could not tell I had anything on until I put my wrist to their nose. The reaction was, "That's nice... It's super light" So, either I have a counterfeit or the formula changed.
