I've used this faithfully for 3 weeks.
Pros: It contains what are supposed to be the good alcohols for your hair. It doesn't contain any of the ingredients that are "steer clear" ingredients such as: Parabens, Sulfates (SLS), ethanol, SD alcohol, Alcohol Denat, Propanol, Propyl Alcohol, Isobutane, Isopropyl Alcohol.
Cons: It is still stripping my hair leaving it frizzier and more dead looking than when I used all the commercial shampoos that are supposed to be bad for you. I came to work this morning and looked in the mirror and I've totally had it with this shampoo. I looked like Cousin It from the Addams Family. My hair is fried and it looks super oily after only 12 hours. That means that this shampoo and conditioner are still stripping natural oils from my scalp. It think part of the problem is that some of the chemicals are processed and not natural. I'm going to start making my own shampoos from scratch.
Recommendation: 2chic may work for some hair types and not for others. If you have naturally oily, thin hair strands (even if you have a lot of them), straight, fine hair, I recommend looking into making your own shampoo. I have tried everything organics in stores has to offer and for one reason or another, they are not truly organic. Walmart offers Great Value brands for many of the supplies you need to make your own stuff.
