Its exactly what it says it is, nothing more, nothing less. its a reasonably priced group of components that seem to work fine. Clearly I haven't used them all, and I expect a few duds in the lot.

The Giphtpoeet 1400 piece electronics kit is a great value. When my kit arrived and I saw all that came in the kit I immediately ordered another kit. I've got an electronics background and like to repair old transistor radios for a hobby. Ordering a similar batch of parts from a component distributor would cost many times more than the price of this kit. And if you do work (or play) with electronics it's handy to have a good assortment of bits and pieces available, just in case. Much better than coming up short and having to wait several days (or pay a premium for expedited shipping). There is now a 64 year old transistor radio that works thanks to a ceramic disk from the kit.

It has a good selection of components. I dislike the fact that there are no controls like switches or potentiometers.

Not the highest quality but has a good variety and hobby friendly.
