Hi Seller, “I just received my order, and when I opened the package, one of the end pieces from the pull bar was off. This may be due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, because it will not go back on properly. The product itself seems sturdy and well-made, but with the handle not fitting correctly, it can't be used as intended. It would also be very helpful if the company provided a simple video showing how to assemble and disassemble the item, so customers can make sure everything is attached the right way. If you have a video or any support explaining what may have happened, that would be greatly appreciated.” Otherwise, at this point, I would kindly appreciate either a replacement or a full refund. An ok Pull up bar
The pull-up bar looked solid and well made, but unfortunately it didn't work well with my doorframe. It didn't feel as sturdy or secure as I expected when installed, so I wasn't comfortable using it regularly. It may work better with different doorframe types.
