Why is it so difficult to find a woman's nose hair trimmer that actually works. I purchased this one to replace another brand name one that would never turn on without fidgeting with it for 5 mins to try to get it to turn on and then when it did the batteries run down immediately and then just broke where the top snapped on. this is even worse and very cumbersome to try to twist to turn on at the bottom of the machine. so frustrating and wont work at all with the blade trimmer that comes worth it, can barely get the nose and ear trimmer to turn on. Garbage and waste of money

I have not used this product. I was in the process of installing the battery. I noticed a hair inside the compartment and a yellowish substance around the rim. Could be someone used and attempted to clean this item. I would like to return it to the store.

When I received it I took the cap off %26 the nose trimmer came off with the cap %26 is stuck inside. I cannot get it out. It is very hard to turn on also.

Is there a cross check policy in place for returned items? Or are they just placed back in stock to be re-sold , no matter the condition? I feel like my expectations are pretty standard to others when purchasing a NEW item. I expect it to be NEW. Not filled with the previous purchasers hair and some other stuff that I couldn't quite identify.

Disappointed! Mechanism stuck in cover. Only used once.

i really wanted this to work. paid a little more for this hoping it would be better than the smaller versions but its not only bulky but stopped working.

What a waste! I had purchased cheap ones on Amazon and expected it not to last so I spent more on this one and got snuckered! It lasted less than the cheap ones.
