Better than i expected
Bought this dress for my daughters frozen birthday party. It exceeded my expectations! I love it and she loves it too!

Wayyy better than expected
I am beyond impressed with this dress. I fully expected this dress to be thin and flimsy, but it wasn't, the skirt part has 3 layers to it (which is perfect for a chilly Halloween night), so it has that fullness you want with a princess dress. It's zippered and the stitching is great! My daughter, who is 2.5 years old is currently in 2t, but sometimes wears 3t, she fit the 3-4t just fine, though I'm not sure if she will be able to fit this dress next year. She's not a skinny toddler, but she's not big either, this dress fit her perfectly, so I say it runs small. Because it's 3-4t, it's a bit long on her like a gown, which is perfect for cooler weather. Once I steamed the wrinkles out of the dress I'll update with a picture of it.
