Girls' Disney Mira, Royal Detective Classic Costume by Disguise - Size 5-6

I got this for my granddaughter, not as a Halloween costume, but as a dressup costume. She absolutely loves new clothes and wants to put on every new outfit immediately, so I thought she'd love to dress up like a little Disney character and I was right. It seems pretty durable. My son says she puts it on just about every day when she's playing. She plays pretty rough with her older brother, so it's already lasted long enough to be worth the money. It's nice to have Halloween costumes that can be used more than one night a year. I'm very pleased with this product.

This costume is simple and cute, great for Mira fans. The gold glitter decals are pretty and it's easy to get on and off. My only complaint about this costume is the necklace. The string is too short where my toddler is constantly aware of how tight it is on her neck. The spyglass also flips back and forth and the backside is just silver. I got a 2T for my 22 mo. Old who wears 24M in most brands right now, so I would say it's more true to size than most Halloween costumes as I feel they usually run a bit large. All in all, it's comfy and slips right over leggings and a tee, great for fans of Mira the detective, and big sister is jealous she doesn't have one! Necklace could use some improvement.

This Mira the Royal Detective costume is a great one use costume. I do not think the quality is there for it to be used as any type of dress up / play outfit. Both the dress and pants are very thin. But the pants specifically use one small piece of elastic around the waist and ankles, I don't think that it's good enough quality or strong enough to wear on their own. The dress is a little bit better but nothing more than the same thin fabric. The necklace that comes with it is super cheap and the “chain” is really really really small. I have a smaller than normal 2 year old and it is almost too tight for her to wear around her neck. The “pendant” is think plastic and would break with very little force. So overall, if this is for Halloween it will work perfectly for the two hours it's needed for. But if you are looking for anything more than that I would look elsewhere for a costume. You can find anything with better fabric that will last longer and be better quality for play. Especially if your daughter is a huge Mira fan.

This is your typical cheap Halloween costume. Don't expect nice quality, but it does fit well and is durable enough to last beyond just Halloween night. I like this costume because It can even be worn on its own just for kicks as something else. I would say it fits true to size. My petite 2 year old fit in it just fine. The waistband is very stretchy too if need be. The only real problem with it is the necklace is like a choker- not like the picture on the packaging at all that shows a long necklace (it's also made of thin plastic so don't expect it to last long). In any case it was too tight so I just left the necklace out.

This is such a pretty costume. The colors are bright and vibrant and it fits true to size (2T was perfect for my chunky 16 month old). However, the fabric is really thin - hence, the 4 stars. Unless you're somewhere warm, you'll need to layer it for Halloween. I instead like it better for dress up playtime outfit or watch. Overall, I'd recommend it for the colors and the fit, just not for Halloween in the north-east.

This is a cute costume depicting Mira from her TV show Mira, Royal Detective. It comes with her signature magenta and yellow churidar kameez along with a light plastiv magnifying glass necklace with a picture of her in it. The only downside is that this does not come with her royal blue and gold trimmed jacket or shoes as depicted in the photo. Other than that, it is a comfortable costume for my little girl! She enjoyed dressing up as Mira for Halloween. A nice, simple costume for your little one who is a Mira, Royal Detective fan!

This Halloween costume has actually been useful for more ways than just an actual Halloween costume! My kids have been playing with it when they are dressing up and making up different characters!

This is a pretty costume but it just didn't meet our expectations. I didn't fit my daughter the way I thought it would. It comes with top, bottom and necklace. It is a very nice material, soft leather-like. Colors are exactly as pictured, bright and vivid. But it didn't fit right and it I wish it was a bit more pizzazzed. Wished included more of her detective items so it would complete the ensemble. Plus this isn't Mira's original ensemble. Would've preferred the blue one now that I see this doesn't fit right nor seems right. I wish I can cut a bit to be more fitting but if you cut this, you'll regret it. I don't think you can come back to it and repair if you do. Not the material for that.

I guess this is cute for a small child but there is not much included and I feel can just be replaced by normal clothes. Not sure this would be a good Halloween costume but maybe just for dress up? Again just not much to it.

It's a jice costume but not for what it was intended for (detective or spy). It looks more like an Indian themed Princess costume instead. But still cute for little girl dress up.
