In two days this massager has relieved stiffness in my neck, which helps to give relief to my tension headaches plus pulled muscles in my back and shoulder. This item has easy to follow instructions, has a nice selection of settings that should cover most sore muscles and tension. It also comes with its own rated charger that seems to have a lengthy charge...I've only had to charge it once in two days of use. A real asset for sore muscles and relief of tension headaches. If you are someone that has never tried a massager for aches and pains this would be a good one to try. The price is good and the product is great, in my opinion. I would like to note this item was the last item in my orders that were delivered to the wrong location at my house but all deliveries have now been corrected and deliveries are great again. .

I bought this masser for my achie muscles. Especially for my hands! Sometimes at night they swell %26 cramp up, %26 tingle really bad. It hurts!! Now I grab my massage, turn it on, %26 squeeze as hard as my hands will allow. The swelling, cramping, %26 pain start to disapate. Im glad I bought it!!!

I ordered a hand held 10 speed massager through Walmart and received it from this vendor. However, it was the wrong one and I sent it back and received the one with a regular electric plug. This vendor went above and beyond what I was hoping for. If ever I have a chance to order again from him, I wouldn't hesitate. He is a true professional business person and I am very happy.

it works how it should but it just feels cheap. I haven't used it much so I don't know how long it will last. it does what it's supposed to do other than that

I thought the info said how long it takes to charge. I've had it on charge for 4 hours and the ready light has not come on.

Item worked well enough. But broke inside of 6 months

Worked about 5 months before it stopped. Was supposed to wired with 110v cord but that wasn't what I got. Tried to recharge but noticed the USB charging portal somehow got dislodged from inside mounting and was shoved too far inside the unit preventing me to be able to recharge unit. Charging cord couldn't connect to the inside portal. Also when it was working the rotating head didn't rotate at all as described. Product didn't show any warranty on it as well. So now it's a piece of junk. When it was able to charge it took about two hours and maybe lasted an hour or so. You get what you pay for.

Never heard of a product being described as "Wired" when its actually a 'rechargeable' wireless massager. A little confusing considering it looks JUST like the A/C hardwired model. However upon closer inspection the products page did say it was a wireless... So I suppose I should have been more observant. So yeah its cheap so its still an okay value, but I don't know why anyone would willingly buy a cheap wand wireless massager, they have horrible battery life, take forever to charge and are never as powerful as one that can plug into electric. Because I mean for real... who's walking around town with a large wand massager, like how much mobility do you need? I think its mostly a gimmick to provide an excuse to use even lower quality weaker parts / motors, etc. Anyways, overall you get what your paying for here. it does okay for the short time it can keep a charge.
