These are so cool!! They look exactly like fire as they flicker! They are almost “torch” like as they give a soft sort of glow. Our 7 year old uses it as a nightlight in his bedside lamp and it's the perfect amount of light. We bought the yellow/orange kind and are very pleased. Will purchase again!
These are so great we put them on our front porch and people actually called the fire department because they thought our porch was on fire. These are fantastic.
Works Great ! Glad i followed someone's else's review and purchased this item. It is on a timed light from dusk till dawn and it cuts off a few hours before that. Could just be the fixture tho.
I like these bulbs but they are way overpriced. i love the hue they give off with and without the use of a lamp shade . These are perfect for romantic setting or when your wanting to relax .
It sets a nice mood but there's no flame effect, The first setting kinda reminds one of a flame getting brighter then dimmer. The second is a pulsating light and the third is a steady glo. It's tinged very red and not flame-like I'd suggest it only that people be aware it's a dim red light
They are well-made and easy to use, but the flame is nothing like what is shown in the images or on the package the bulbs come in. The "flame" looks like a flashing orange warning light %26 jumps up and down in the bulb; it does not move anything like a real flame. Do NOT buy if you are sensitive to repetitive motion and/or flashing lights!
the flames look more computer generated than actual flames. the light output produces a warm glow, but is not very bright at all. the flames don't appear to be flickering, but rather move in an 8 bit computer pattern. lava lamps give off just as much light as these do.
Box says :"super bright"- it is NOT , very dim light, does not provide any illumination. says: "Realistic flame- it is NOT , And worse of all it came in a 2-pack so now I'm stuck with this dull "flame" for years!
I do not care for these, it looks very cheap and terrible. I've never seen plastic bulbs. They give off very little light and were very underwhelming. There's no flame or candle appearance.
They said that they were the best most life like but they look exactly as they described their competitors. Not very good at all I will give them away or use as a White Elephant Gift for someone for Christmas. They will no doubt last a long time but I wouldn't buy another of any color. Sorry but that my opinion.
