These actually seem to work better than the actual Brita ones. My TDS meter with our hard water here reads about 220 ppm with the Brita, and with these it reads in the 130 to 150 range, which while not great is at least drinkable. They do also for some reason make the water 'taste' better than the Brita filters do.. I'm still on my first one, but so far so good..

really reasonably priced. you shouldn't drink the water in Ionia Michigan and this filter took out all the brown crap %26 oils. i made ice and it melts clearly. they last, you just have to use common sense %26 change when needed. if it starts running slowly or you see the nasty water, put a new one on. it's easy enough to attach if your abled. just make sure you clean it so any residue from the regular water doesn't build up.

Economical. We have well water and our dogs drink a lot of water. These work perfect and are a lot less than the name brand. Also, they take less time to fill the bowls.

It is value for money and very easy to install. It fits perfectly in brita filters. Go for it!

I bought these Glacier brand filters just a week ago as a replacement for the Brita faucet filter. I have not used it yet. I like the way it was packaged - wrapped in plastic to keep dirt/dust off until you are ready to open and use. Upon inspection, it will fit into my brita faucet BUT I cannot speak to the quality of the filter or the filtered water since I am yet to use the product. The price was reasonable as compared to buying an actual Brita filter.
