I'm sure the product was fine. But this delivery was horrible because they failed to deliver it. Then I spent over a week trying to get in touch with an actual human to refund my money. They also didn't deliver a large package of toilet paper. Only a bag of wintergreen candy was delivered. The picture they took easily reflected the missing items but no common sense was to be found. . In the future I'll keep a much closer eye on what's actually delivered.

I usually buy Febreze Downey or Gain scents but I seem to have gone nose blind to them .I switched and I can smell this scent its clean not overpowering I really like it .

I like this product very much. The item is comparable to Bath %26 Bodyworks but less expensive. I'd love it if the price for the refill packs could be below $10, but it's still a pretty good deal at the current price.

Even though the scent NEVER lasts nearly as long as they claim, I will continue to buy them, plug them in, forget they're there- warm an empty plastic container, then buy a new warmer. And post-its so I remember to unplug it %26 replace it. I started way back with the oil cartridge you slid into a plastic cage, before you forgot it was there and it slowly turned the warmer cage brown and the wax was just crunchy remains of what once was... Country Gardens. That's why I'm a Glade Gal.

Item was left at wrong address! This is not the first time this has happened….I kept ckn outside looking for my delivered pkg, but nothing! Once I saw the pic that was taken I knew right away it wasn't left at my house (door).

I don't want to say that I hate the smell, but as soon as my boyfriend walked into the house, his first words were "what's that weird smell?". I had only plugged in the Lavender Vanilla about 30 minutes prior. I thought we would really enjoy it because we both love lavender, but this has an odd smell that reminds me of something else that I can't quite identify. Again, not a terrible smell, but I wouldn't say it smells anything like Lavender Vanilla, and the scratch and sniff sticker was not at all accurate.

The product instructions state to adjust the warmer intensity to desired setting. The setting marking are ambiguous. No clear indication on product s to which way is and increase and which is a decrease and the state of any change is difficult to gauge as it is a very slow change. How about marking the dial with a clear increase / decrease. The dots all seem to be the same size.

These are top notch. They keep your home smelling so fresh. They are awesome, I smoke, but when I have company they can't even smell the smoke. I place several of them all over my house and the smell is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. You can't go wrong with these fresheners.

Im looking for an old burner that you put the oil into.i still have one but this is the best burner that has ever been on the market.just one of them plugged up and the whole house smells so good the whole time your using it.all other you can barely smell them even close up.i dont know why they stopped selling it and make them like they did this one.but them companies always do away with the good popular stuff and keep stuff thats no good forever.i was just wondering if you can still buy this one.
