I had never tried Glade but I tried the scratch and sniff and WOW! I love this product and have 6 plugged in my home right now. Thank you for your imaginative, one of a kind scents. No one does it like Glade and that's the truth. Best of all, my husband loves it!
I bought this product for the first time last time and got a double one, I think they call it customizable but don't see anything to customize. The packaging and directions need work to be more informative. The package says adjust as desired but it doesn't show you where or how to adjust it. There's one slide button on the side of the unit that I think adjusts if the scent comes from one side or the other but can't be sure. I see no way of adjusting the volume/flow.
I bought these about a month ago and at first they worked great. Then when it came time to refill them, all of the sudden the warmer was not working. I bought new warmers, refills, and even changed outlets and eventually they all stop working after first use. I'm very disappointed and will not be wasting anymore money on this product. Also, one of my refills smelt absolutely terrible and I had to throw it away. I don't know if it was old or what but I wasted money once again.
The room smells great but it does not really cover a bigger area, and if you turn it up to maximum level (which does not really help at all) it only lasts about 2 weeks and not 30 days as it is claimed (maybe 3 weeks if you turn the bottle upside down unplugged of course, around a quarter of the contents and try to get it in the wick). So you buy more refills. Still love it though just because you can just forget about it unlike candles.
I have used glade for many years, but recently I have notice the smell of the fragance doesn't last very long. You claim they last 30 days, however Im getting about two weeks. I have went through four bottles in a month. I write on the botton of the bottle everytime i install a new one. What casues this? I love most of your fragrances. are you using less scented oil? Just thought I would let you know about my experience/ Thank you
I have even watched videos online and still can't figure out which way to turn the dial to increase the amount of scent! The positions all smell the same to me. I want to set the dial on the highest scent. Would it kill the company to put an arrow on the warmer to let you know how to increase/decrease the amount of scent?
I am searching with out success to obtain the glade decor scent plug in container...which it seems just disappeared after buying plenty of refills. The oil plug ins are WAY too big and gaudy. I am looking for something will be similar to the glass holder that plugs in the wall and are flatter and fit behind furniture...where most of my electrical outlets are. I am so disgusted with the the product now....I loved it before and had the old plugins. Then they made new ones...I bought all the refills but can't find the container. I will return all the refills and never buy anymore nor recommend this to anyone unless I can find the proper holder now called decor scents plug in.
The oil warmers are designed to be used either upright or twisted at a 90 degree angle to accommodate for any obstacles around the electrical outlet. Unfortunately, at a 90 degree these warmers leak oil onto the holders and onto whatever surface is directly beneath the warmer. The oil residue and smell on your hands after cleaning the mess requires an hour or more of fierce scrubbing with soap, baking soda and hot water. The wick inside a twisted warmer also does not reach all the oil so you spend money on something you won't fully use up. This is a poorly designed replacement for the clean simple to use solid slide-in Plug-Ins. Please bring back those plug-ins. Thank you.
Why was French Vanilla replaced by the Pure Vanilla Joy scent? I have used French Vanilla for over 10 years and got tons of complements. The Pure Vanilla Joy is awful, it has a strong medicine type odor to it and gives everyone in my house headaches. If French Vanilla was around for so long, why did you "fix it" if it wasn't broke?? Can't find the original French Vanilla anywhere...very disappointing!
I bought four of these when I moved into our new home because I'm trying to get away from having candles lit all the time. The first month or two they worked great, after about 3-4 weeks I would replace the oil bottle (it was empty) and it would start working with the new one right away. But after about two months, they all just quit working. They don't even use the oil in the bottles! I've had the oil that's in there now for about 4-5 months and it's almosy completely full no fragrance coming out. I've tried switching outlets, turning the setting down, removing and putting bottles back in (which look a little burnt on top) and even in one unit putting completely new bottle in. They just don't work anymore. Don't waste your money !
