GLADIATOR 48" WIDE EZ CONNECT RACK WITH FIVE 24" DEEP SHELVES

The shelves are easy to assemble in very sturdy. No need for two people. One person is all you need.

I have used these shelves for 5 years now with no issues. They hold very heavy items, and I love that the shelves are solid so I can put small items on them without them tipping over.

I live the 48 inch. I do think Gladiator should develop a wheel system underneath, so you can move the shelving around your garage of warehouse.

Although the reviews were pretty good I am always a bit leery of shelving that I can't see first. I could not be more satisfied. They look great, are easy to assemble and are as sturdy as any shelving I've worked with outside of a warehouse. After I saw the first one I immediately bought some more.

Love these shelves, we got 2 of them. Love that there were no nuts and bolts but some shelves need to be wrangled in position. Very heavy, takes two people to handle these super duper unites. We want 2 more of these Gladiator unites to finish up our pantry.

This is the first Gladiator product I've gotten where I've been unsure of the longevity - - specifically the shelf material. The pillars and crossbeams are a bit persnickety but overall the shelf unit went up quickly and easily as a solo builder. The shelves I mentioned are thinner than expected and may require some shuffling after building to ensure adequate weight distribution across the 4' length so nothing bows or warps. We'll see how they hold up over time. The unit itself is attractive. The shelf is much sturdier than anything classically designated as flat-pack “furniture”

I have four of these and they are in place and quite servicable. There are only two caveats I would mention:1) Not nearly as easy to slap together as the promo text would imply.On each assembly I ran into problems getting hooks into the grooves-particularly on the horizontal cross beams.This was very frustrating and I subsequently had to pry out some of female grooves with a claw hammer to accomodate the male prongs-wish I would have figured this out sooner than later! 2)Shelves were not nearly as stable as I thought they would be-pretty flimsy when moving. Once you have them in place, they seem fine. Can't really complain given the price, but these were my impressions.

These shelves are poorly designed. Hard to assembly. Came without directions. I had to modify the shelf rail connection to get them to mate. They are almost twice as expensive and not nearly as easy to assemble as the Member Mark shelves. Only reason I bought the as MM were not available. Box fell apart in transit.

Easy to build but if you try to move it, it will come apart, there is no locking pieces. The four legs bend and are hard to put side pieces after that
