Gladiator Cradle Hook, GAWUXXCLRH

The cradle hooks met my expectations for the intended application.

Works for my purpose - I hang heavy duty extension cords on mine.

Haven't used yet; waiting on Smoke screws to finish panel project.

This was exactly what I needed for my extension cords and storage of my garden hoses. Easy to put and take off the extension cords with this hook allowing me to store them at a higher height and still have access to them without using a ladder. Definitely recommend!

I have several hoses for watering my yard and this cradle hook wound up being the perfect storage solution for them when I wasn't using them. Hoses always get all tangled up and a mess so having this hook has been perfect for keeping everything neat and tidy.

I recently purchased the Utility and Cradle hooks. These are great with so many uses. I have the gearwall panels covering most of my garage walls. Most of the time the hooks are kept in the same spot holding cords or other items, but it sure is easy to move around when working in different spots. Sometimes I use the hooks to hold a spot in a certain location/direction. So convenient.

I use the cradle hooks for storing extension cords for easy finding them and keeping them from getting in knots or turning into spaghetti. Allows cords to be store out in the open. You can store one cord per hook, or multiple shorter cords on one hook.

Although the following were both originally acquired for hose storage in The Shop, I found the Gladiator Cradle Hook GAWUXXCLRH in unison with the Deep Hook GAWUXXDHRHL to be ideal to hang the leaf blower out of the way. The curvature on the rear of the blower nestles easily on the Hook and the blower tube lies seamlessly in the Cradle. Also, placed the 45” Gladiator GearLoft Shelf GAWA45SFTG just above the blower providing a suitable work shelf for weekend maintenance of yard projects. Having the blower tucked just below utilizes otherwise wasted space without being in the way. Superb products at a reasonable price.

These hooks are very durable and can support multiple items. I have had extension cords, ladders, sawhorses, sledge hammers and many other items hang off of them and they don't budge or bend at all. I not sure what the maximum weight it can hold but everything I have put on them doesn't seem to affect them at all. Also they are coated with rubberized coating to keep items from slipping. Simple to install like all the other gladiator garage item, they snap right into the track but can be easily slid into the spot you need. I now have a whole wall of these hooks and my garage is organized the way it should be.

Another great solid item from Gladiator, I really love the way that I can change out anything when I feel like rearranging. This is great for a single hose. I use it for my airhose. The design that this has allows me to move stuff and clean the inevitable dust and spider webs that form in a garage! Great low profile deign that doesn't stick out to far, and it looks modern. Functional and cosmetically great, I couldn't ask for more.
