Great deal for a kit necessary for anyone looking to work on their watches. If you are experienced, perfect - this kit provides everything you need. If you have never done work on watches before I suggest you practice on some old cheap watches — this kit doesn't teach you how to work on watches it provides the tools that allows you to work/fix/adjust watches. I really don't know how the product will be because I have not used it yet, and when it arrived, the case at the end of the zipper was open and part of the tools were out on the outside, so I'm not sure if all the proper tools were in the case so I guess I'll have to go to the store and see if I can find one of those cases and look to see if all the tools are actually there so there's really no way I can accurately assess the quality or value of the item

Unless you're a jeweler you need a manual to let you know what each tool and piece is and what it's used for. It was a gift for my husband and he can't even use it. Nice, complete kit for watch repairs if you know how to use it.

Was missing an item and sent a wrong item. The actual product is different than what is shown.

When I received my order it was not what was in the picture. Half of the tools weren't there, and the tools that were, were Cheap and a downgrade of what they were supposed to be.
