Don't Do It.
After writing this review 4 times, nearly getting to the end and then having it reset if I set my phone down, I will condense this: Ordered item (to be a gift) Website said delivered. Item was NOT delivered. I contacted Walmart. I had to type out my issue twice and then, finally - a third time, to a 'supervisor.' Ultimately told that the 'seller'would be contacted and after the 'seller' decided how to handle the situation: by refunding, by replacement or by doing nothing to resolve, I would be contacted by the 'seller' within 48 hours for THEIR decision on how to handle. No surprise - received no contact from anyone. Not even Walmart, to follow up. So in the end... I paid for a product on the Walmart site. I did not receive the product; I received zero customer service from Walmart; and have NO recourse/refund/reply from Walmart. Walmart has gone downhill fast since selling out. I DO NOT recommend that ANYONE patronize these thieves' stores or their website. That is my honest review. Period
