I was very surprised how this bass plays and sounds. This is the PERFECT beginner bass. I've owned high ends and mid level on down guitars. Looks beautiful and feels great. It lacks a little quality here and there, BUT is made back up for what this costs! Remember that! I could pick at a few things it could have better come with, but it then there's that price point again. (hooray!) I did have to change out the shoulder strap that came with it because I needed more length. If you buy the package deal like I did the amp that comes with it is small and won't get you into trouble with neighbors, family, your landlord, and cops. lol. Sure I peaked and tweaked it here and there but I love this guitar and I hope it will last for quite a long time. GLARY is the brand to start with period. And it doesn't brake the bank. Now I want another one! I used to play years ago and am now retired. I thought I was done playing with guitars but the thought was always there. From drums to keyboards, guitars and amps since the late 70's , I got rid of ALL my stuff downsizing. But I always like to browse and look at them. THEN the GLARY caught my eye AND wallet! I'm happy and feel 30 years younger. But now when I stand and play and look out over the crowd, I'm wondering where all those pretty girls went(?). All I see now is chicks that look like Ernest Borgnine in a dress. What happened? Anyway I also set the guitar amp cord aside that came with it and picked up a cheap set of wireless transmitters. NICE! For the money you cant go wrong with one of these Glary's. I'm really digging this thing now. And they look great hanging on the wall when you're not playing it. Like I said I am very pleased and happy with my purchase. Even so in fact. I'll even consider another one at these prices. Get one , or gift one to someone
Not being too familiar with the quality of guitars, I can say that this bass guitar exceeded my expectations. Directions were limited to operation of the amplifier, nothing about the guitar. A short primer for the guitar would have been nice. But hey, what do you want for a hundred bucks. I'm more than satisfied.
The bass arrived well packaged and all pieces accounted for. Nothing was damaged or broken and the amp it arrived with by Glarry as well, actually works really nice and has good sound. Worth the money.
Great guitar at a very good price. It has great sound, looks really nice and the amp is good too.i. I am a beginner and play it in my local jam group. Highly recommend. I have had zero issues and love it!.
The cord that connects the bass to the amp becomes useless after like 2 months, I thought it would last longer but I did just start bass so idk
I loved it I'm just learning how to play I got it in two days or two and a half days and it was awesome that really really was great I appreciate it being so quick and I spend money every day at Walmart in Oak Ridge Tennessee all kinds of money so I would rather do it there as anywhere because I order anything else online it doesn't show up thank you and God bless you merry Christmas everybody
it has a buzz in the pickup and the neck of the guitar isn't even finished. it's sanded and that it. it has a hard time staying tuned. probably going to return it
it looked nice out of the box, but as soon as I went to tune it the tuning had broke and I had to restring it for another $60. 6 weeks later the amp broke due to internal wiring issues. I got it on Black Friday sale and still feel it wasn't worth it.
poorly made shipped terribly
False advertisement. This is not an electric guitar
