Glidden Fundamentals Quaking Grass Eggshell Interior Paint and Primer, 1 Gallon

The paint covers well. I chose the eggshell “quacking grass” shade. I'am always worried about ahow paint is going to turn out. I was pleasantly surprised when it dried. Not too dark not to lite. I am very pleased!

The lack of strong paint odor is especially important to me as I have COPD. The durability and ease of application are outstanding and well worth the lowish price. We have painted lamps, furniture and all manner of things with this paint without any problems and it keeps looking beautiful.

This paint is an absolute beauty in terms of the color. Once dried it looks close to the color. However, it's pretty thin and the coverage was a problem. Even with drying and curing, you can still see through it. You will need several coats of paint for good coverage. We had to keep stirring and it remained the same. It should have been a bit thicker.

We really liked the coverage and finished look of a paint color we had mixed using the Glidden High Endurance Plus Interior Paint + Primer Base 1. However , we are no longer able to find it in the store even though it is listed on the Glidden website. Tried reaching out using the Contact Us form but kept receiving an error. Also tried reaching out via FB but no reply. If this has been discontinued, it would be great to know if Glidden has a replacement base that is as awesome as the High Endurance Plus Interior Paint + Primer Base 1 .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paint does fine on a modern, smooth surface. It does not take well to surface imperfections or painted materials such as plaster or concrete found in older buildings. Any stains will need to be covered by primer first because Fundamentals has very poor hiding ability. Spred is a significantly better paint to work with.

Person that mixed this paint must have been COLOR BLIND was supposed to be GREEN and was GOLDEN YELLOW!!!!!! Didn't have time to drive 25 miles one way to get fixed, paid person to paint room and couldn't pay him not to paint, took time off from work to do this!!!! Very very 😡
