Glidden Fundamentals Tint of Green / Green, Eggshell Interior Paint, 1 Gallon

The pain, the color is exactly what I wanted, it looks great in my kitchen and brightens up so much! One thing I didn't like was the packaging and how it arrived. It was in a single box and it had spilled so that was truly unpleasant. It should have been sealed and double boxed, paint was actually dripping out from the box and of the Fed ex driver didn't care, just put the dripping paint bos on my porch, which of course got on my porch, real nice.

The lack of strong paint odor is especially important to me as I have COPD. The durability and ease of application are outstanding and well worth the lowish price. We have painted lamps, furniture and all manner of things with this paint without any problems and it keeps looking beautiful.

I painted over a deep red color and this paint was Beautiful nice mint green finish

I want to start with that I am a Glidden paint fan. I have always had a good experience with their exterior paint. This is my 1st time using interior paint. My mistake I believe was believing that Fundamentals would be fine to use over beige. Wrong. I should have paid the extra for paint with primer. My 2nd mistake was in choosing semi gloss. In my opinion it is harder to work with and unforgiving. I tried 2 different types of brushes for cutting in, but both just showed so much brush marks. I rolled out a wall but just found it not looking right. I'll finish out my project and recoat, hoping for better. As far as this color, it's an okay only. Depending on the light it looks almost gray or just absent.

We really liked the coverage and finished look of a paint color we had mixed using the Glidden High Endurance Plus Interior Paint + Primer Base 1. However , we are no longer able to find it in the store even though it is listed on the Glidden website. Tried reaching out using the Contact Us form but kept receiving an error. Also tried reaching out via FB but no reply. If this has been discontinued, it would be great to know if Glidden has a replacement base that is as awesome as the High Endurance Plus Interior Paint + Primer Base 1 .
