Glidden HEP Tintable Base, Flat Interior Paint with Primer, 1 Quart

This brand of paint offers excellent value for the quality of product. Several years later, my kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom have held up to cleanings, normal life wear and tear, sunshine, having a tween, and tons of animals. The eggshell and semi-gloss versions can match any contender, though I myself prefer semi-gloss to eggshell for most rooms. The flat is truly quite matte, so be aware of that. But for a full gallon for this price, ore-mixed and ready even for delivery? It's a no-brainer for me. I highly recommend this paint for thise who are budget conscious but like change.

This sample size is perfect for testing out wall colors before committing to a full gallon. The eggshell finish applies smoothly and gives a very accurate representation of how the paint looks in different lighting throughout the day. It dried quickly and covered the test patch evenly. Highly recommend doing this before any big painting project!

I am looking for a new paint color to repaint my bathroom color and trim- I just wanted a test without being overwhelmed with color swatches in store and this was amazing. I am going to go buy a gallon this weekend.

bright shiny white mixes well with other colors for small batches retains semi gloss.Excellent coverage Do recommend a separate primer for drywall first if doing walls or panels. Once paint dry smudges and smears wipe up well (nice for kitchens and areas with kids) not much smell at all Cleaning up overspray is easy with warm water.

The first time I used Glidden 5 gallon white gloss paint, it was also the first time I used a paint sprayer. It was an amazing cover and looks like a professional did my painting! I would highly recommend that even a beginner will be a successful painter.

I am so happy with the quality and results of this Glidden kitchen and Bath plus laundry paint and primer. It's the perfect paint and primer I needed for the job. It's great for the bathroom with the steam shield technology. It's scrubbable and it's stain resistant. It gives a mildew protection. These features make it very suitable for Bath, Kitchen and Laundry. I am happy with the results of this eggshell base. White color is what I wanted and it looks bright and nice. No odor after drying. Walls look fresh and clean.

It covers very nicely and it's easy to use and very easy to clean up. The paint also dries quickly and looks really good, I only needed to use one coat.

It's pretty good paint, Even, Painting over smoke, did a pretty good job. Plus the price was reasonable. I purchased white this time. Last time I painted a color,,, of Glidden paint in my living room. It covered good.

Turned out well even though it required two coats . It was easy to clean up although the paint would sometimes drip off brush. Good value for money.

Overall the paint was the wrong color. I ordered grey and received white instead of return I kept the white since it was sample size and the hassle of returning something for the amount it cost and I will most likely use it. Overall paint 5/5. Getting the right color 3/5. -1 Sparkey because the AI recommended it. -1 on myself for not looking closer. Besides that 5/5 delivery. Almost as good as my mom's cherry pie.
