Glide Threader Floss, 30-Count Boxes of Single-Use Packets (Pack of 4)

the old version had a nylon tip, which worked great. This new version has a thin plastic tip that works poorly when trying to slip between teeth. they should allow you to choose which version works for you. this is not a great product for someone who has a bridge and needs to slip the floss between the bridge teeth.

Unfortunately Oral B changed the product and the packaging. The new photos haven't been updated on the website. For people that have braces, the new product is horrible and not compatible with braces. Not super user friendly. It shreds on brackets and leaves little cotton type pieces that are not easy to remove and that is so frustrating! It is not a "glide" product anymore. The old products was wayyy better and I hope they change it back!

This product is not what i ordered.! I ordered Glide threader floss. The product you sent is not the same. The new product is like flossing with cotton thread- it breaks between your teeth! Then you have to use picks to remove the thread. Horrible product

This is a product I've been using and enjoying for years, literally. However, they have changed it in a major and negative way. My mouth is 85 years old, as am I, and worked well with the floss that would go between my teeth, etc. This new thing they have come up with breaks, gets stranded between my teeth, and is very ridiculous to use. There was no warning, and instead of putting it as a new product, they eliminated the one I have used and has worked for years! Please do anything possible to pass my concerns on to the company!! I returned the items because the descriptions online were not the same of what were delivered. Also returning was just a challenge. The instructions were deceiving. It noted customer can drop at the store. Once at the store, refused to take it because it was bought from a third company. Well, that should have been clear at the instruction so customers won't waste time going at the store.

I ordered the Glide Floss Threader and instead received the Oral-B Threader Floss. The picture shown above was not the item that I received. I could not return the item because I was traveling to another state, so I got rid of it. The Oral-B Threader Floss is not suited for my personal situation, so I lost money and time. What a shame.

Walmart delivered the wrong product. These were not Glide (Health Pro) Threader Floss, but a variation of Oral-B Super floss which is a terrible product. I didn't order that product (although the picture shown online is correct). Glide can be used as regular floss after getting underneath a bridge. I've not found that to be true with Super Floss.

I ordered Glide threader floss as I have in the past. Oral B has changed this product and now it is spongy threader floss that shreds in my fixed retainer. It won't fit through the tight spaces without shredding. Horrible product. Horrible change. Why????

Alas, what I didn't know is the "old" threaders, with the regular dental floss and ridged end, no longer exists. These new threaders are made with a material-like cover, which makes them too thick to pass between a number of my teeth. I struggled trying to get it out between my teeth. Eventually they either shredded and left a stiff bulky mass between my teeth, or broke with the same result. People who's teeth are not close probably will like them. There is no indication these are not the older type threader. No matter what I ordered (comparing boxes), I always ended up with the same product. My complaint: tell the customer this is a new product.

Description says 30 single use packets. Instead I received 6 envelopes of 5 threaders in each box. The new threaders are made of this stretchy material that get stuck and shreds in between teeth rather than glides. There's a flimsy guide threader on each end rather than one stronger one like the old ones. This new product is very disappointing and useless. I also didn't like the fact of describing and having a picture of the old ones and yet you are sent the new ones.
