I have used a few different brands of ballbearing glides and these are just as good as any other glide you will pay way more for and end up with something similar. I have used these on various drawers and have been pleased with them and have not had any issues. I am pleased that they now come with screws since you have to have a truss head screw and they are a little harder to find.
As the title suggests, I always look for glide rite drawer slides first. I like being able to buy in bulk. I have purchased 50 slides at this point. Some from Amazon and my latest order of 20 from this site. I am a hobby builder, not a professional. I have not sold any of my work. I love these slides. They work and work well. They don't supply screws, which I prefer. Keeps the cost down and I've always used my own choice of screws anyway. My first set of slides were purchased about a year ago and they continue to slide smoothly. I hope this helps someone.
These drawer slides were really easy to install. The 7/16" screws that came with them are nice. A long fine point on the screw makes it really easy to start. I received five screws per slide, ideally I would like to have six. I haven't loaded my new drawers with anything yet but the slides seem up to the 70 lb capacity they are rated for.
I have a sliding silverware tray that started to get harder and harder to slide, I disassembled and found that it had several ball bearings and a piece of the plastic retainer missing. It couldn't identify manufacturer, ordered a replacement not a Gliderite and it just never had same feel . I disassembled old slider and found it was a Glide rite.Removed and ordered Gliderite, , perfect , smooth and brought back ease of moving. . Very well made and at a very reasonable price. Great product. Thank you
Your Full Extension 1 Inch Over Travel Drawer Slide - 1835 were a perfect fit and easy to install. Also the shipping was right on time at no costs. Thank You
Brackets are very well made just like the slides I bought. Mounted them w/o any problems. The only issue I have is since the glides came in a package of 5 why couldn't there be an option for 5 pairs of brackets instead of 10?
Totally satisfied my new slides. Very smooth action. The first install took me a bit to get them lined up properly, that's because I'm just a DIY guy who's not done much of that kind stuff before.
Second time I have ordered and used this product it does exact what it is advertised to do making the drawer and using this product allows my wife to see everything in the drawer
I have ordered and installed over 100 sets of slides from GlideRite over the past year and thier quality and price I can not beat.
Make sure you order the right kind of sliders for the drawers that you have. Because they do not take back returns or should I say they charge you a restocking fee and you have to pay for the shipping. Which cost more to send back then you actually pay for the price of the Item. Stay away from the horrible customer service.
