We bought 5 of these direct from Global-View, we have been pleasantly surprised at how long they last between recharges. For our vehicles that drive about 1 hour a day... they have lasted us 9 weeks. A bit better then they claim. The device is nice and sturdy, it is a little bigger then some of the smaller ones out there, but you trade size for battery life I guess. The magnets on these are strong, just make sure you put it on something flat. The great part about these is that they are portable, we can swap them between trailers with ease. The one time we did contact customer service, they were pleasant and responsive. We talked to a gentlemen named Laz, he explained everything to us thoroughly and we haven't had to call back since. The software is pretty awesome for business as well, I have this generating a report automatically all on its own, it sends it to our accountant every month. One less thing for me to do!

Great tracker! Software is awesome and the battery life is long! Used it to track an employee and my family cars, information was spot on and the software has a great interface on the PC as well. The Mobile app is cool too! I would recommend to anyone needing to tracker their cars or needs a GPS tracker for anything else.
