I think it is a cute unicorn night light for unicorn lovers. It is just bright enough to see in the bathroom so you don't have to turn on the light.

SERIOUS FIRE SAFETY CONCERNS
lit on fire and the outlet exploded while it was plugged in. good thing we were in the room when it happened and none of our children were nearby, but easily could have lit our house on fire. Unbelieve this is still being sold 2 years after someone else left a similar review. DO NOT BUY. SHOULD BE RECALLED IMMEDIETLY.

It didn't work when I received it. My kids are afraid of the dark so I decided to buy them a night light. You cannot see it at all.
