[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart water leak sensor worked great. It notified me of a leak immediately. It hooks up to your phone just like every other smart functioning item that is made. I never knew they made these until I tried this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is on the Globe Smart Water Leak Sensor. This is a great addition to your home because it automates your home with an app on your phone. It's really easy to use and all you have to do is download the Globe app, and sync it to your phone. We recently made our enclosed pouch into a utility room and a bathroom on the first floor when we have always had our washer and dryer in the basement. This water sensor keeps the utility room safe from flooding with the smart water sensor. This also gives me peace of mind. I recommend this product for your home.

I like how the app will notify me if there is any water around the sensor. Hopefully this will never happen but it gives me peace of mind to know if it does I will be alerted and hopefully can do something about it.

The setup was simple enough to follow and we had it done in just a few minutes. I feel like I can trust this product should my water heater ever spring a leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a smart Water Leak Senor. It is pretty small in size which I like because it doesn't draw attention to it. It is very easy to install. Seems like it is well made. I only gave it is 4-star rating for good as I do not know if it works to detect a water leak and I am hoping I never have to find out.

Does NOT work with smart speakers.

It appears the low battery alert is not a phone notification alert (because I didn't get one), but I did find the low battery alert in the app - under profile - under Alert Center - and luckily found it today. ! Not a very helpful notification ! Device History app page: no water Sunday (installed w/ new battery), no water Monday, no water Wednesday. Now it is Saturday with a low battery notice in app's alert from a few days ago. (when does device check in so I know it is still running or not?) I put a new energizer battery in this one Sunday - because in my testing of the device, the supplied battery went dead very quickly (just thought it was an old cheap thing supplied with product). Now it is Saturday and battery low alert hit the app's alert section a few days ago already? So I am working on supplying the device with a constant external 3v dc via an adjustable voltage regulator and an old power supply. Probably no where near mfg's suggestion, but I bought 3 of these things. We will see how that works. (it would be nice if you published amp usage - max maybe?) Recommend this to anyone - Would really like to... Would I like to keep using this device - Would really like to... Water protection notification devices just need to work - a great value added device - concept ! (If I can trust it to keep going like that commercials little bunny) (Globe Electric - let me know when. You're tracking me/device - so....)

When checking on the device, I noticed the sensor had broken off the cord and went down the dump pump. Very disappointing. App still shows like there is no problem when there is no longer a sensor to detect anything
