Practical, Good Price and functional for my 4 years old daughter

This is a very nice set! I received it quickly. The gift is for my 4 year old Granddaughter who's learning to skateboard under GPop's watchful eye. I was surprised by the good quality and the fit. The protection pads for the palm of the hands is a great bonus! The plastic is a good quality and the Velcro straps are strong. The helmet could easily double as a ski helmet. It also came with a handful of custom cut small pads to place around the inside of the helmet for that perfect fit. So far, a good safety investment.

These were a great purchase for our 4 year old daughter. She feels more confident with all the safety gear and it make me more comfortable to talk about transitioning from training wheels. She says all of the pieces are comfortable and she is able to gear up herself.

My 8-year-old daughter does not fit in there.

The items was listed as "Delivered." The item was not delivered because I have a camera on my door. I did not receive a photo of the delivery as promised on the website. My attempts to receive a refund is very puzzling and the refund was promised in the least of 10 days. Christmas day or 12/26/25 would have been the promised day. The refund has not been credited at the time of this review, 12/29/25. Is this a deceptive practice?

I'm giving a 1 star review. Only part of my order was sent. Then on Christmas Eve that part was cancelled, still no refund or information. System would not let me do a return. Very disappointing!
