I use milk and it taste great! Use a shake mixer with ball and you will get no lumps like others mention. I'm not concerned with my carbon footprint so I love the plastic tub it comes in which is handy for storing things in my shed. Plastics are great!

I have been using this for a couple months and really like it. I add a scoop of it to my morning coffee with 4 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and have it for my breakfast. This product not only gives me protein, but vitamins too. So many other products just provide protein; not vitamins.

Bought this for my mom. Tastes good and has a good consistency when you mix it really well. I recommend putting in a cup with a lid and an ice cube and really shaking it. Then, put it in the fridge and let it sit. Shake it again before you use it and it's glorious.

I have read multiple reviews that it doesnt blend well. Honestly, I havent tried it with water. When I blend it in my nutribullet with coconut milk it blends beautifully. No grittiness. Tastes like birthday cake ( I use the vanilla). I sure hope you dont take it off the shelf. I even started adding spinach and blueberries to it. Wonderful product! Now I will hoard in case it goes off the shelves!

Well, I wish I found the reviews before I opted for the powder version. My doctor gave me the protein shake. I thought it would be saving money buying powder and having more on hand - not. I tried it the first time with water. It would not mix well. There were the lumps that were left then I tried it in coffee that was a huge mistake. Not ready to try more. This is not working and a waste of money.

The taste and texture of this mix is not consistent with what comes in the premixed product. It was gritty and chalky tasting. I would have returned to store if I had not used some of it. I tried shaking it vigorously, stored in refrigerator overnight, shook it again and still chalky. I would not recommend. I love the premade products though and highly recommend them.

I bought this on Saturday 10/04/25, I tried putting it in coffee and it would not dissolve, my coffee looked like I had put cottage cheese in it , it also had a vile order to it

I bought this thinking that it might be good for a mid-morning snack. I tried the chocolate, my favorite flavor, every way on the container. The bad aftertaste was there in all the ways I tried. Tastes really bad, old or whatever you want to call it. You will not want to drink it. It was pricey so I did not want to try any other flavor.
