I really enjoyed this shake, and it helped me to control my hunger until dinner time. I also really liked that this shake is made with a blend of slow absorbing carbsteady carbohydrates to keep your blood sugar steady and manage hunger for longer periods of time. The vanilla flavor is classic, and not too sweet, since this shake has only 3 grams of sugar. I would also like to try in more flavors. This, as with any protein shake, was smooth as it went down, but then had a gritty aftertaste. The flavor was pretty good, but not the best I've had. It didn't keep me full longer and I didn't really notice any other health benefits for me. So overall, this is meh. It's not bad, but not great. I may buy again if I'm in a pinch and my regulars are out of stock.
