My main problem is stiffness and less flexibility. Just getting up from the floor was difficult! Not so much from pain, but stiffness! Even trying to climb onto a pedestal that is only 2 feet off the ground! What? So, after 1 bottle, there is an improvement in stiffness. Getting up from the ground after stretching is no problem! I got another bottle and will reduce dosage to 2 capsules a day. Capsules are easy to swallow!

I get I get tired of looking for a good reviews that tell me something like arrived quick I'll have to see if this works. Can't wait to begin. I have waited till my bottle was empty and I must report that as a new shopper for WalMart my joints began to hurt so badly that I could barely bend and started to pass by trash that had fallen because it hurt too bad to squat. you're using a month after using this supplement I have zero pain and feel young and can squat bend lift without any bone pain. It is very effective and I would recommend it to anyone!

my knee hurts going down the stairs and I decided to take this supplement the night before the next day my knee barely hurt and that was only the first day taking it so I will take it everyday and today's a second day and my knee does not hurt at all. it's hard to believe that a supplement could this easily stop my knee pain. for the last two days I've been very impressed.

i started using this brand because the other one just didn't seem to help my bone on bone ,so far its helping ease the pain and when i walk less irritation so im going to continue using and see how much better it is once i finish the bottle. thanks grandpa john

i love that it has huge quantity àt a reasonable price. i think it is as effective as the ones previously purchased at a far greater cost. my knees are very grateful that i ĥave started this regime.

I take this daily for osteoarthritis in my knee and helps quite a bit although it took sevetal months, I am now able to walk through Walmart most days without any pain for extended periods! Although I also take a multi collagen supplement.

Product is very good. I just had a delievery issue, it was late! I think the big snow strom waybe the problem.

It didn't with pain, and it made me sick every time i took it. i had to stop taking it. I didn't like them.
