I have arthritis and take glucosamine for it. I have been using it for many years, including chondrite and msm. My body cannot survive without it. It helps me with the pain, and movement.

So far, I have been feeling a difference in my knees since taking this vitamin. I have noticed less ache & pain, as well as less swelling.

I like the fact that it has Boswellia and Tumeric in it.

Fantastic ingredients, however it caused me to have bloating and discomfort. Which is listed right on the label. I wished so much for this to work for me as I take most of the ingredients separately already ( turmeric, boron, glucosamine). Sadly I just can't take it.

i have taken this supplement for 1 week and havent noticed a difference. i will keep taken them till gone and see if i notice a difference in my aching joints!

Cancelled order. Read too many things about glucosamine is not good for the body.

Pills were too large and hard could not swallow. I felt like I was choking, so I would like to return it as soon as possible.
