I am liking this formula of glucosamine/chondroitin/msm. I am pretty active in my 50's and need this combo for my joint comfort. It's affordable, easy to take, and pays off when I feel so flexible and light while enjoying exercising, working, or even just laying around. I bought this because I didn't see anything mentioned about shellfish of any kind in the ingredients listed online, and looked vegan from all that was listed, and didn't think to look at the bottle until a month later, and down at the bottom back, it listed all the shellfish contained in the product - VERY DISAPPOINTED and fell that I was mislead.
